The Global Banking IT (GBIT) division in India Solutions supports multiple corporate and core banking applications. Within Corporate Banking, we provide solutions for transaction banking, cash management, international trade finance, liquidity management, and financing products.

Job Title: Technical Lead (TIBCO BusinessWorks)

Position Purpose

As a Technical Lead, you will play a key role in integrating cash management systems within corporate banking. You will guide the team in supporting enhancements, maintenance, testing, and automation across multiple applications to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

  • Design, analyze, and develop solutions using TIBCO BW & EMS.
  • Build business processes based on technical specifications provided.
  • Review and audit architecture to ensure alignment with technical guidelines.
  • Validate requirements and identify any gaps.
  • Mentor team members on development, packaging, and deployment activities.
  • Improve processes for coding standards, documentation (LLD, unit tests), and JIRA tracking.
  • Drive automation initiatives to enhance quality and reduce delivery timelines.
  • Maintain strong technical and functional knowledge of applications.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure timely, high-quality code delivery.
  • Guide the team in achieving First Time Right delivery by improving controls and processes.
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and follow up regularly.
  • Review design documents, technical specs, and code developed by the team.
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure and performance issues, optimize configurations (maxjobs, flow limit, heap size, etc.).
  • Benchmark performance and ensure production readiness.
  • Provide support during SIT/UAT and production deployments.
  • Handle production incidents within SLA, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely fixes.
